This project features 75 rooms with panoramic mountain views, ranging from 25 m² to 75 m². The hotel's spa utilizes the thermal waters of Mercantour, offering a rejuvenating wellness experience. With heated indoor and outdoor pools, two gourmet restaurants serving locally sourced ingredients, and sustainable architecture using local wood and stone, the hotel aims for CasaClima certification. Daimon Design’s thoughtful integration of natural materials and advanced insulation techniques ensures both comfort and energy efficiency

The hotel features 75 elegantly designed rooms, ranging from 25 m² to 75 m², all offering unparalleled comfort and breathtaking mountain views. The use of local wood and stone not only ensures sustainability but also enhances the authentic alpine atmosphere. The thermal insulation is achieved using wooden elements with air cavities, leveraging the exceptional insulating properties of still air, while the natural stone cladding enhances thermal inertia.

The hotel's spa, spanning approximately 1000 m², utilizes the renowned thermal waters of Parc du Mercantour to offer a variety of wellness and body treatments. This facility is designed to provide a rejuvenating experience, combining natural products and holistic techniques. Heated indoor and outdoor pools with stunning views of the Alps further enhance the luxurious experience.
